A Way to Distribute the Existing Population

The COVID19 pandemic is the biggest challenges are being faced by the cities. How could we practicing social distancing while each of us still having the sense of community? Even in the shutdown, people are still need to remain active. Cities need to be adapting to the issue, and need usable spaces to accommodate physical distancing.

A Plan for the Future Residential

With the idea of impress the self-sustaining communal neighbors for the residential staying there, the crisis of food crisis, scarcity of resources and loss of biodiversity can be avoid. The design used a sustainable agricultural and circular resources model to drive forth the input based system of design.
It’s about the combining variety of innovative technology such as photovoltaic cells, aquaponics design, bio-waste compose system, farming and living stock production, the neighbours gain clean energy, water, and food right off their doorsteps.

The FLUID is designed to improve the quality of life for all the citizens living in Milan. The building form is created to be one of the new landmarks for the city, which also known as its fashion and taste of art. By considering the contribution on its occupants, social and environment, the design process taking account into all issue and solutions to fulfill its task as a sustainable development for new generations.

VI[V]ID BIO ENERGY CENTER

Community Center

The skywalk is a commercial development in the city center and attempt to create new active community space where people comfortably enjoy it at any time of the year. The design of the building proposes a vertical open-air public space and a green path visually connecting the TOD at the higher ground. Along the paths, there are green garden, retails, event spaces, common spaces and seating. The area between are well shaded from the sun.

Rethink The Street

For too long we’ve been building streets as though they have one function–to move cars quickly. The reality is that streets can to do more than just move cars. They can move people on foot, on bikes, on transit, without hurting vehicular throughput and safety. They can be more than a way to get somewhere else. Good streets are good places, too – public places where people meet, sit and socialize, conduct business, wander about, play, and more. Connecting to the TOD, the street designs to strengthen the neighbors and create an urban integration with the locality.

Innovative Hub

VIVID bio-energy centre is located at Cyberjaya, design to be an innovative hub on transforming energy with a high level of technical and urban demand on the site. It is a centre where citizen is taught to be aware on the energy usage issue. Also, the building provided spaces to carry out experiment and prototype on energy outcome. It chooses to manifest the desire for visibility and urban quality.

Art and Culture Center

This project presents a new approach to community center design in Skudai. Being the social heart of the community, Art and Culture Center in Skudai is proposed with variety functions and intended to be the defining element of community life on the site. It designed to be more a socially and programmatically complex, bearing an important liability to promote the elements of Johor’s culture.

Skudai Riverfront

In this chance, a real project carried out  and issued from a real client which is Majlis Bandaraya Iskandar Puteri, Johor. This project can be considered as river revitalisation where ideas and solution  are emerged  to plan, and design the best panoramic view for Skudai river. The existing site can be considered as dilapidated riverfront and some regeneration ideas are necessary to give a new life an impact to the riverbank and its surrounding.

Serdang Train Transit Station

The planning of the Vector Train Transit Station intended to incorporate and deliver a clear, understandable and memorable experience. The design, leaded by eco-friendly structures, such as smart sensor shading devices and greenery area, attempt to solve the needs of the passengers.

YOUTH ACCOMMODATION TRANSIT LOT

Serdang Heritage Incubator

Vortex is designed to be a Serdang Heritage Incubator, mainly to bring together all different races in Malaysia. According to the research on articles, although might be more than just one races in the country, but there always will be a similar point which reach a balance to all races.

Sensor [FIT]

Sensor [fit] is architecturally design for a famous sculpture artist – Theaster Gates from Chicago. The building designed not just for a day attraction, but the spaces serve as a SOHO for him, his assistant and his students.

Sensor [FIT]

Sensor [fit] aim to dissolved itself with the surrounding, conceived from the idea of appreciating the natural elements, Sensor [fit] designed to be maximizing the connection among the building, the people and the natural site figure. All the spaces are planned to achieve the advantage from the natural while they travel from space to space.

OPUS TOWER

Four Ideal Habitats

Stout house was designed according to the characteristics of the earth element and pyramid as its form, stability was performed. Consideration of its site - Sapi Island, stout house is designed as a vacation ideal house for four family members, with sun shading installation of large length windows to achieve suitable amount of natural sun light and provide maximum positive view to the stunting sea view.

A Studio Tower

Opus-tower is designed based on a famous painting, Nix on Nixon by Alferd Lesdie, inspired by his experiences assembling collages, which he painting was divided into painted quadrants, trough diverging of colours and painterly marks.
