The FLUID is designed to improve the quality of life for all the citizens living in Milan. The building form is created to be one of the new landmarks for the city, which also known as its fashion and taste of art.

By considering the contribution on its occupants, social and environment, the design process taking account into all issue and solutions to fulfil its task as a sustainable development for new generations.

The building language and architecture elements of FLUID aim to awake the passion and desire of the citizens on their creativity and talent in art. By emerge the runway as the main connection from the site to the surrounding neighbours, the flowing of the shading devices leading the confidential to the users.
