TRANSITIONAL & CONTEMPLATIVE ARCHITECTURE
“Architecture can’t force people to connect, it can only plan the crossing points, remove barriers, and make meeting places useful and attractive.”
- Denise Scott Brown
The transitional & comtemplative architecture are the veins to pump the people circulation, and support their traveling to the heart, bring the user to the core. If there are unpleasant human experiences for the circulation in transitional spaces, it failed to design for human needs. The spaces are merely ‘construction’ that serving a utilitarian purpose, but without the consideration of senses. They fulfilling the scale and provide a void, but do not reach the standard of quality and needs in human psychology. The architecture for inclusive social cultural enviornment not only physically, but emotionally taking care of.
