The building is lifted up to avoid flood and wild animals, also maximize the positive view to the river beside.

To achieve the low usage of energy, 90% of the existing trees are reserved. Part of them became the courtyard of the building. Also, with the design of adjustable louvers, the skylight and the modular system of the building, Sensor [fit] can consider to be low carbon footstep and energy efficiency.
